Recently, I received a text message written in Chinese. I used Google translate, and his message asked if I am a Realtor in Houston. This person then went on to say he wants to buy a property for retirement. (Max price $2,000,000) I\'ve been communicating with this man for almost a week now, but I still don\'t know anything about him. We tried calling him and got a message that the phone was either busy or out-of-service. When I checked the number, it came back as registered to a 95-year-old man in Los Angeles named Anderson. He only communicates via text and says he is too busy to speak on the phone. I also sent him an identity verification request through HAR, and he has not completed it. He said he might have his wife complete the verification. The entire situation has been odd from the start. I need everyone\'s thoughts on this. Thanks!

We got like 100 of these texts in last 2 months but I think they use a translation program. Though it\'s in Chinese but that\'s probably an interpretation and a scam. We just delete all these text messages.
